The location is quite good, easily walkable from the subway and close to Chinatown. Room cleaning was thorough every day with friendly staff always ready to help us. The air conditioning worked like a charm.
Breakfast options were a bit limited and could use some improvement to cater to diverse tastes.

good stay, but limited dining options
The facilities were impressive, especially the lounge area where we enjoyed some family time. Housekeeping maintained exceptional cleanliness throughout our stay, which added to our comfort. The laundry room was a convenient feature, making our trip more manageable. The city view was stunning from our room, offering a picturesque backdrop as we relaxed.
The breakfast options were a bit too limited for our family's diverse tastes, which felt disappointing.

Ask for a room on the higher floors for a quieter and more scenic view of the city.

Braw wee place! The staff were pure brilliant, always ready to help. I loved the comfy bed, and the rooftop bar had cracking views. Just a wee drawback—room could’ve been a bit bigger. a great experience!

Had a great time with friends here! The staff was super friendly, and we loved the cozy feel of the place. The lounge area was perfect for chilling out after a long day exploring the city. It’s close to Chinatown, making it a breeze to check out local food spots. don’t miss the rooftop bar for amazing views!
One downside was the breakfast. it could use more variety. Some of us were left wanting more options to start the day.

The hotel is super clean and features cozy rooms with everything needed for a family stay. The MRT is close by, making it easy to explore the local market scenes. We particularly enjoyed the cozy lounge area on the second floor where we played pool together.
My kids wished for better breakfast options.

I had the absoluteley most excruciating stay ever. The corridors echoed like a concert hall, and the night staff was unhelpful, insisting on no late check-outs. I woudl ve been more than satisfied with an upgrade or even a complimentary water with my stay, but I guess that's simply not in their playbook. Just couldn’t give a good review, though.

The Superior Double Room had a cozy ambiance that was quite inviting, making it a decent spot to relax after a day of exploring. The lounge area on the second floor was perfect for unwinding with family or friends, and the cleanliness of the space was consistently impressive throughout our stay.
One of the drawbacks was the shower pressure, which fluctuated during use—sometimes too strong, other times barely a trickle, making it frustrating to find a comfortable temperature. the room size felt a bit cramped for two adults, and the absence of basic amenities like a toothbrush and toothpaste was a minor inconvenience. Noise from the corridors was noticeable at times, which might disrupt a light sleeper's night, especially when others were coming in and out. Lastly, while the views weren’t much to write home about, being so close to the metro made venturing into the city easy enough.
